WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OP SPECIAL ORDER -JOTICE is hereby given that at a -' Special meeting of the Waitomo County Council, held on the 20fch day of July, 1914, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the Waitomo County Council to be held on MONDAY, the 17th day of August, 1914: "In the matter of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913." In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 15 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Ngapaenga Special Rating Area in the Waitomo County hereinafter described, testified by a patition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the Capital Vajue of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Value of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves by way of a "Special Order" as follows:—That for t e purpose of (reforming, culverting, and metalling the balance of the Ngapaenga road, portion of the Tawarau road, and portion of the Mahoenui Kawhia road on each side of the Ngapaenga road junction) the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £3500 at 4£ per cent, per annum for a period of 36£ years and declares that th 9 costs of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest on the Loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised.
The Ngapaenga Special. Rating Area comprises all the properties situated within the following boundaries, viz.:—Hals of Section 1 and Sectiuns 1, 7, 6, 2, 3, 4, and 5, of Block iii., Mangamangero Survey District; Section 5, Block vii., Mangamangero Survey District, Section 13, block viii., Mangamangero Survey B * trict; and Section 1, block xv., Kawhia South Survey District. The Kawa Special Rating Area comprises all the properties situated within the following boundaries: — Commencing from the Waipa at the North-west corner of Kakepuku No. 9B 2D, thence along the North-Wes-tern boundary of the said section to the Mangawhero stream, then;e by the Managwhero Btream to the Ouruwhero Road, thence by the said stream to the North-West cornerof section Kakepuku No. 8, thence along the North-Eastern boundary of the said section No. 8 and sections Kakepuku 9B No. 5, Ouruwhero No. 3E 5, Ouruwhreo No. 3 03 to the County boundary, thence along the County boundary to the railway line to the Southern bounary dary of Ouruwhero No. I,thence along the Southern boundaries of sections Ouruwhero No. 1 No. 1A and the Southern boundary of a native reserve part of the Southern boundary of section 13 of block xiii., Puniu Survey District, part section 23 block xvi., Pirongia Survey District, Ouruwhero 3F No 2. to the Waipa river, thence by the Waipa river in a northerly direction to the starling point.
