WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE ia hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County CbunciJ, held on the 20th day of July, 1914, the following resolution was passed,and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting, of the Waitomo County Council, to be held on MONDAY, the 17th day of August, 1914: "In the matter of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913." In pursuance and exercise of the powera vested in it in that behalf by section 15 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto, and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Paraheka Special Rating Area in the Waitomo County hereinafter described, testified fay a petition signed by not IeBS than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the Capital Value of whose properties as appearing on the valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Value of the property of the ratepayers who did not so consent the Waitomo County Council hereby by way of a Special Order resolfes as follows:—That for the purpose of reforming, culverting, and metalling the Kumara road, portions of the Kie Kie and Paraheka roads, the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan cf £7500 at 4% per cent, per annum for a period of 365 years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised. The Paraheka Special Rating Area comprises all the properties situated within the following boundaries: — Commencing at the South-East rorner of section 8, block v., Aria Survey District, tfcence -along the Southern boundary of the said section in a Westerly direction following the County boundary tu the Mokau river, thence along the Mokau river in a Northerly direction to the North-West boundary of section Mokau Mohakatino No. lE, thence along the Northern and Eastern boundaries of the said section to the Paraheka stieam, thence along the Paraheka stream to the South-West corner of section 11 block i., Aria Survey District, thence along the Western boundary of sections 11 and 8, to the Kumara road, thence along the Kumara road to the junction of the Potaka road, thence along the Potaka road to the SouthWest corner of section 22, block ix , Totoro Survey District, thence along the Western boundaries of the said section 22, 21, the Southern and Western and Northern boundary of section 17, the Northern boundary of section 18 to the South-West corner of section 11, all of block ix., Totoro Survey District, thence along the Western boundary of the said section 11 to the Aria township, thence along the Western and Southern boundaries of the township to the North-West corner of native block Aorangi, sections No. 1A and 2A, thence along the Northern and Eastern boundary of the said sections and part ot Eastern boundary Aorangi part No. 1A No. 28, and along the Northern and Eastern boundary of Crown land 1A No. 1 to the North-East cor er of section 1 block ii., Aria Survey District, thence along the Eastern boundary of the aaid Bections 1.2, 3, 4 and 6.. of block ii., : Aria Survey District, sections 2, 5 and 6 of block vi, f Aria Survey District, to the Waitewhena road, thence along the said road in Southerly direction to the starting point. The Mairoa South Special Rating Area comprises all the properties situated within the following boundaries: —Commencing at the extreme East of sectiun Kinohaku East 3D No. 5, and running in a straight line to the South-East corner of section Kinohaku East No. 2-No. 4B No. 1, thus cutting the native blick Kinohaku East 3D 3 in half, thence along the Southern boundary-of the said section Kinohaku East No. 2, No. 48, No. 1 and Kinohaku East N0.2 , No. 4B sections 1,
