CLASS 3. Huntaway between three sets of flags, each flag placed one chain apart on a zigzag course, about 400 yds long.—Time allowed 12 minutes. First prize £4, second £2, third£ 1. Points: Huntaway 9, comftiand 2, style 5, noise 9 —total 49. CLASS 4 —Huntaway, head, bring back, and hold in ring.—About 440 yds. Time allowed 18 minutes. Lett's Cup, valued ten guineas, foi dog scoring most points in Classes 3 and 4. To be won twice in succession or three times at intervals by the same owner. A gold meda! will be presented to winner of Cup each year on his returning Cup to secretary at termination of year. Cup will not be awarded unless a dog scores a total of 56 points or more in the two classeß Meßrsa Tweedie Bros'. Cup. value ten guineas, for dog scoring most points in Gasa 12, to be won twice in succession or three times at intervals. Mr W. D. Thompson's specia 1 prize, valued three guineas, will be allotted to Class 4, to dog scoring most points whose owner has not won a prize at any previous trials. Brewer's Medal, valued three guineas, will be allotted to Class 1, to the dog scoring most points whose owner has not won a first or placed prize at any previous trial.> Mr S. A. Robinson's Silver Cup to the man having the best team of two or more dogs competing at the trials. The Awakino Collie Club's prize of £2 to the member of the c'ub whose points approximate most nearly to those of the judge's, the points allotted by the competitor to be handed to the officer appointed for the purpose before the judge has given hia decision in each event. Other Soecial Prizes will be allotted later. » A COACH AND MOTOR leaves WAITARA daily for Awakino at 7 a.m., returning each day at 7 a.m. On Wednesday, April Ist. 1914, at 8 p.m., the judge, W. Whyte, Esq., will give a lecture on "Sheep Dog Work." to which all are invited. On THURSDAY, April 2nd, at 8 D.m., a CONCERT will be given, and on FRIDAY, April 3rd, at 8 p.m., a GRAND BALL will take place.
