UNSATISFACTORY POSITION. [BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, This Day. Unskilled'labour in the city is in an unsatisfactory position at present. So far the' Public Works Department has not taken steps to relieve the distress as indicated by the Premier as might be done a few days ago.
