CHANGES IN ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM. NO NEW JUDGES. Wellington, Monday. Native land administration is to be reformed or rearranged within the next three weeks, a Act of last spssion having disposed oE the Maod Land Boards with their representatives of the natives, their work evolving upon the Judges and Registrar of Native Land Courts. It was anticipated *hat some additional Native Land Court Judges would be required but it ia understood that these appointments are not considered necessary. A number of changes will probably be made in the rank of the Native Land Court Registrars.
