Full detail a are unavailable. It is believed seven were killed and twenty injured. The Temora mail from Sydney crashed into a stationary goods train telescoping a passenger car and sleeping car and derailing the engine The wildest confusion resulted. Relief trains conveying officials and doctors have been despatched. Rain and mist obscuring the signals is believed to have caused the collision. Among the killed were Fred Keeyengogan, of Mittagong; Alice Ewa, of Cootamundara; James Eva, Parramatta; and two women whose names are unknown, also the mail guard. Later messagse state fourteen wtsre killed, and six seriously injured.
