BUTCHERS FAVOUR FREE LABOUR. IRON TRADES DISPUTE. CONFERENCE SUGGESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— OopyrigHt Received Tuesday, 9.55 p.m Sydney, Tuesday. To-day'a meetings of the master butchers were uneventful, but it is gathered that the majority of members favour the introduction of free labour. Mr Estell approached the iron trade employers in an endeavour to bring about a conference. The masters decided they would only consider the suggestion if the men resumed work.
