A bill has been introduced into the New York State Legislature to prevent married women from charging Whisky on grocers' accounts aa butter and egga. It ie argued, in aupport of the bill, that Buch a course is the foundation or the high cost of living. Women are habitually deceiving their husbands in the accounts, making them pay for whisky which is billed as edibles.
