MOKAUITI SPORTS.
«. Own Correspondent. The third annual sports meeting took place on February 20th in the ground** of Mr P. P. Praei. There were quite as many outside as inside owing to the room being limited. A splendid programme had been drawn up by Mrs Banfleld, to whose efforts the success of the concert was entirely due, and the different items were duly appreciated by the audience. A piano was procured from Mr Bairatow and ■ledged nearly three miles without receiving a scratch owing to the great care taken by Mr Fraei, who was in charge of the team of horses. The committee wish to talc- this opportunity of offering their (rratnful thanks to Mr and Mrs Bairstow, who so kindly lent the piano.
