The lease is for 42 years from 16th September, 1908, at a yearly re-ntal of Is per acre first ten years, Is 6d per acre next eleven years, and 2s 6d per acre remaining 21 years. The property lies on both sides of the Main Trunk railway, and is fern and bush country wellwatered throughout.
