CHARGED WITH MURDER.
INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. Wellington, This Day. The trial of Ellen Margaret Seymour, charged with murdering the infant daughter|of Thelma May Davis, at Rona Bay, about October, has concluded. The jury found there was not sufficient evidence to prove accused committed murder, and she was discharged.
