ACTION FOR DEFAMATION. PLAINTIFF NON-SUITED. [BY TELEGBAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, This Day. In the action brought by the Northern Wairoa Dairy Company against Wm. Thomas Hunt, a farmer, claiming £IOO damages for alleged 'defamation, the plaintiff company was non-suited, with costs on the lowest scale, but Judgej|Copoer'said there was no evidence before the court, and no suggestion by either counsel or witnesses that the company had acted with any impropriety in the financial management of its affairs.
