CHANGES OF STAFF,

[BY • TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. J Wellington, Friday.

Mr James Mackenzie will take up the position of Under-Secretary for Lands, vscated by the retirement of Mr J. Strauchon, on April Ist. He will be suceeded by Mr E. H. Wilmot, Commissioner of Crown Landß at Dunedin, whose position will be filled by Mr R. T. Sadd, Commissioner at Napier. Mr M. C. Smith has been appointed chief draughtsman at tho head office, in succession to Mr H. McCardell, who recently resigned, and Mr Smith's place as chief draughtsman in the Wellington district, will he filled by Mr W. F. Marsh, of the Dunedin office.
