REBELLION IN HAYTI.
GOVERNMENT DEFEAT. New York, 'Wednesday, g News from Capa Haytien state that the Government troops were overwhelmingly defeated and fled in disorder after a terrific battle, in the outskirts of the city. The Minister of War took refuge on board the steamer Quebec, which was lying in the harbour.
