The committee of the King Country Central A. and P. Association met in the Chronicle office.o« Wednesday last. It was decided that Mr A. Mf.Nicol be appointed judge:of the Shorthorn classes.
It was resolved that • Mrs Gadsby be asked tp call a,; meet ing. of. ladies, ..to, form'a committee at an early date.
Resolved that a class for best tandem team, also classes A, best yearling draught filly and B, best yearling, draught colt be included in the programme.
Mr J. Jackson's £5 5s cup was allotted to best-*R6i*iney-LiTicoln cross ewes any. age. It was decided that cut flower classes be held in the Home Industry classes the same as last year. Resolved that a -special train be run from Frankton Junction. Resolved . that arrangements be made to bring cattle ; for the show from Pio Pio and Mairoa
Owing to the unprecedented demand for schedules the supply has run out, and the ommittee would be grateful to any member who has no use for his schedule if he would return same to the secretary.. .
The following new members were elected:—Messrs Lyn Wilson, C. Harrison, W. Buck, John Gray, H. McLean, L. Wpoderson, E. M. Edkins, and G. Bevege.
