Owing to the Official Assignee refusing to aet as liquidator a general meeting of shareholders was held in the Nino Niho Town Hall on December 10th to consider the position, After the chairman (Mr Sandiaon) explained the calling of the meeting, Mr English, the company's auditor, gave the shareholders full information as to their rand it was finally resolved, on the motion of Mr R. Dunn, Otangiwai, seconded by Mr Geisler, that Mr English be appointed liquidator at a remuneration of £IOO. It was also resolved that an effort be made to form a company to carry on the factory, and re-commence operations next season.
