London, Wednenday. The Tennis Association by a large majority, adopted an international agreement allowing *ea«h country to determine the question of paying its representatives' expenses at the world's championships at Wimbledon. It was announced that a referendum favored the holder playing through the championships, but the necessary twothirds majority was not secured.
