THE COMING SHOW. Arrangements in connection with the coming show under the auspices of the King Country Central A. and P. Association are proceeding satisfactorily. Mr R. M. Somerville, president of the association, visited the Hamilton Show this week, and got into touch with a number of prominent exhibitors. A number of Auckland and.Waikato hunters will enter at Ta Kuiti, and Waikato breeder? of cattle and sheep promise to be well represented. Messrs B. Myers, of Auckland and Gill, of Pakuranga, have generously donated a five-guinea cup for the best lady rider over hurdles, and a twoguinea prize for the best general purpose cow, while Mr S. Luxford has given a one-guinea prize for the be3t dairy cow. Interejt in the competitions this year should be exceptionally keisn and the class of horses competing will be up to a high standard.
