S. owner of the "Winning Post," who was defendant in a libel suit against R. Wootton, the Australian trainer, and later sued Thomas Henry Dey and Percy Bono for publishing defamatory libele, appeared on summons at Bow street for obtaining £IOOO from D«y by promising not to publish an article in the "Winning Post" against Dey in 1907, and also for perjury during the libel action. The eaie was ad* journed.
