MANGAKOKOPU ROAD.
The following letters have been received in respect to the widening of the Mangakokopu road:— "Following on my letter of Ist inst. vrith reference to your request that the survey of the Mangakokopu road should be completed, have the honour to inform you that the resident engineer in charge of the district ha? been instructed to have the remaining portion of the; road surveyed as scon a 9 he can conveniently spare an officer of his staff to do the work.—-W. Fraser, Minister of Public Works." "I duly received your letter of the 28th uit. with reference to the question of access to your property. In reply, I have tj state that this question is one for the consideration of the Minister of Public Works, and I am therefore submitting your communication to my colleague for attention. —W. F. Mastjey."
