RIOT CAUSES DEATH. [BY ASSOCIATION'.] Wellington, This Day. A death has occurred, under dis tressing circumstances, which is the indirect consequence of the strike when the mob stoned the Kcyal Tirrer Hotel on the night of torn riot; in Taranaki street. Among the inmates was Mrs Mcintosh, wife of Mr Harold Mcintosh, dentist and optician of Sydney and daughter-in-law of Mr Mcintosh, licenses of the hotel. Mrs Mcintosh, junr.. who is only 23, arrived with her husband on a holiday three weeks at;o. She was in a delicate state of health and the riot caused her a severe shoe!;. Next morning she waa ill and an operation became necessary. From this she -never recoered. and died this week
