LEAVES BEATEN TRACK. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Received Tuesdey 10.20 p.m. London, Tuesday. At the Church Congress at Southampton the Bishop of Winchester will preside over 2300 delegates. The congress departs from the beaten track. Instead of discussing ecclesiastical politics, or political ritualism, the programme is arranged under various heads, centering on the idea of the Kingdom of God in its relation to the complex problems of life. Leading Non-conformists address the congress on Friday.
