A large building at Belfast, formerly used as a factory, has now been converted into a barracks,where nightly several hundred workers are beingdrilled into disciplined forces of the citizen army, which is growing daily. Regular parades are held in the open streets and drill grounds. Many old soldierß have volunteered as drill instructors.
