ENGLISH SHAREHOLDERS' SUIT. By Telegraph— Press Association.—Copyright London, Tuesday. The Daily Express saya that a number of shareholders in the New Zealand Oilfields, Ltd., are promoting an action against the directors, promoters, and vendors with a view to recovering their subscriptions. They allege that th 9 property was sold at an inflated price, also that the directors loaned money to their friends, who failed to repay it.
