PARLIAMENT.
I'ANAMA EXHIBITION. NATIVE BILL IN FORTNIGHT. [nv i ia.i:(;]iAi'ii. —rn.is.SK association.] Wellington, Friday. The House met at 3.45 p.m. The Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company Amendment Bill, was read a third time and passed. The Church of England Trusts Bill wbb read a second time. The McDougall Trust Estate Bill was read a third time and paßßed. In reply to Mr Russell the Prime Minister said the matter of giving the Dominion representation at the Panama Exhibtioin was still under consideration. Enquiries were being made, but no definite decision had been arrived at. In reply to Mr Parata the Native Minister said he hoped to bring down a Native Bill in a fortnight. Four days' leave of absence was granted to Mr Ngata. The House went into Committee of Supply to consider the Estimates.
