JOHNSON IN LONDON.
EXTRAORDINARY RECEPTION. ENTHUSIASM AMONG "THE GODS." By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Received Tuesday, 11.15 p.m. London, Tuesday. Spectators in the pit and galleries at Euston Music Hall demanded Johnson's apearance. Men rose in their seats heaving caps and making cat calls and jeers. The pandemonium prevented two lady artists, who had refused to appear on tbe same stage as Johnson, from singing. Meanwhile the moboutsiie ovationed Johnston, who as he entered the hall was wildly cheered. There were some hostile shouts and hooting. A similar scene was enacted at the South London Music Hall, Johnson from a box thanking the audience for the reception. He drove back and the second house at Euston again cheered.
