The Immigration Department has decided if Harry Thaw ia released as the result of the Habeas Corpus proceedings it will reject him as an undesirable and return him across the border.' Sulzer, acting as Governor of New York, telegraphed to Ottawa, asking return of Thaw. Glynn made the same request.
