FULLER DIVORCE CASE.

DECREE NISI GRANTED. [UY TKI.KOE.UMt. —rRKSS ASSOCIATION. J Wellington, This Day. The divorce case brought by John Fuller, junr., against Gertrude Fuller on the ground of misconduct with Henry Percy Adams, of Sydney, was concluded yesterday. A decree nisi was granted, and the co-respondent was ordered to pay the costs. The hearing of the caße occupied several days and publication of the evidence was prohibited.
