The Bucharest correspondent of "Le Temps" declares that during the peace negotiations the Kaiser sent a letter to King Constantino SBying: "I am fighting fcr your rights like a tiger." The newspapers throughout the Continent acclaim the speech by Sir Edward Grey in the House of Commons. A FLIGHT OF FANCY. Received Friday, 11.30 p.m. London, Fnday. The Cologne Gazette describes the Kaisers reported letter to King Constantino as an invention.
