Ten associations have bren completed during Ihe year'with a membership of eighty-seven, and an area of 11,354 acres, valued at £185,899. Several others are in courss of formation. It i 3 proposed to materially amsnd the Act this seseion to facilitate settlement and to make better provision for finance.
