LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT.
An amending and consolidating Act relating to the rasing of loan by local todies will be introduced. This measure will contain provisions which will r.-move certain restrictions r:ow imposed on local authorities in connection with raising loans. It will also make provision for local authorities to borrow moneys under the guarantee of the Government.
