In the case of J. Todd v. J. M. Todd, which was heard at the last sitting of the Te Kuiti Magitrate's Court, and in which judgment was reserved. the written judgment of Mr Kawson. S.M.. is now to hand, the plaintiff being non-suited without costs. Mr Finlay appeared' for the plaintiff and Mr Sharpie ? for the defendant.
