TE KUITI DEBATING SOCIETY.

The usual meeting of the Te Kuiti Debating Society will be held in the Municipal Hall to-morrow evening, when the subject of rating on unimproved values will be debated. The affirmative will be taken by Mr D. J. Young, who will move that "A syntem of rating on unimproved value should be adopted by the borough of Te Kuiti." Mr A. F. Howarth will lake the negative.
