MEETING OF ASSOCIATION. [I!Y TKLKUHAPH. —rRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Palmerston North, This Day. At a meeting of post and telegraph officers last night, it wa* decided to open a branch of the Post and Telegraph Association on May 31st. The Postmaster-General and heads of departments and others have been invited. A motion was carried thanking the executive and president for their efforts during the recent critical period and assuring them of loyalty and confidence.
