The Allies' reply taken note of tho exclusion of the reservation relating to Albania and the islands. Nevertheless they cannot believe they will not be allowed to discuss questions affecting their vital interests, and arising out of a victorious war of liberation. But the Allies agree a difference of two standpoints ought not to interrupt the peace negotiations.
TROOPS FOR ASIA-MINOR. Received May 31, O.'IU p.m. Constantinople, Tuesday. Turkish transports embarked Essad Pasha's troops at Duraxxo and Djavid Pasha's at Valona to the number of thirty-thousand the majority being destined for Asia-Minor. BULGARIA. AND GREECE. Sofia, Tuesday. Sarazoff, former Minister at Constantinople is proceeding to Athens to negotiate in conjunction with the Bulgarian Minister with respect to an agreement delimiting the frontier. The recent encounters between tho Bulgarian and Greek troops are due to the Greeks attempting to occupy strategic, points. Remonstrances on the subject havo been addressed to Greece.
