A cheque for £2OO was received by the Waikato Hospital Board 6n Thursday from the Pio Pio District Medical Association as its contribution towards the medical scheme in ar« with the board. The secretary of the Association, Mr G. Elliott, informed tho board that Dr McLeod had been appointed by the Pio Pio committee, and ho was anxious to take up his residence at once in tho building under offer from the Congregational Union.
It was decided to complete tho arrangements as boofi nn the money in available*
