AN ULTIMATUM.
❖ ISSUED TO MONTENEGRO. AN ARMISTICE SIGNED. London, Monday. Renter's Vienna correspondent telegraphs that the Powers have sent Montenergo an ultimatum to withdraw from Scutari, otherwise- troops will be landed at Antivari, Dulciirn<>, unci San Giovanni di Modua, on the Albanian coast,near the seat of the Montenegrin operations. A telegram from Constantinople states that, an armistice haw been signed by al' the Allien excepting
Montenegro. The Daily Mail's Belgrade! correspondent reports that a secret AustraBulgarian convention exists providing for reciprocal assistance in conflicts with Servia. Austria, it is stated, promises diplomatic support for Bulgarian aspirations in Macedonia as far west as Ochruia. At a conference at. Belgrade between M. Paistch (Servian Premier) and the party loaders, the latter declared that Servia would not. yield an inch of conquered territory to Bulgaria. The conference also discussed a suggested entente between Koumunia and Greece.
