The Awakino Collie Club held tl: ']■; seventh annual meeting on Mr W. D. Thompson's farm on Wednesday and Thurdßday last. The weather was perfect and. the arrangements were excellent. Good nominations had -been received and some fine work was witnessed. The various classes resulted as follows:

Time allowed 15 minutes, Firßc prize £6, second £3, third £l. Points: Driving 8, style 8, command 8, yarding 6—total3o. R. McMullian's Flo and Roy, 7, 7, 8, 6—28, 1; B. Lett's Gyle and Speed, 6, 6, 6, 6—24, 2; W. McCormick's Laddie and King, 5, 6, 6, 6—23, 3. CLASS lll.—Huntaway between three sets of flags, each flag placed one chain apart on a zigzag course, about 400 yds long.—Time allowed 12 minutes. First prize £4, second £2, third £l.
