DOCTORS STILL ANXIOUS. By T»locr;vj.)h.--.l > ]t , H.-- AKi'oeialioi).- -Ooyiyrlftilt Rome, Thursday. The Pope passed a fair night, but his condition is unchanged. He refused nourishment for three days, but now promises to obey the doctor's orders.
The influenza has vanished, but weakness of the heart, and an intermittent pulse cause anxiety. The temperature of the Pope showed a slight rise yesterday. Traces of albuminuria are still present. Injections of caffeine are being made to sustain the heart's action. Received this day, 10 a.m. Rome, Friday. The Pope's condition is unchanged.
