WELCOME BY WIRELESS. [BY TELEGRAPH.-—rRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellingtn, This Day. The Governor sent the following wireless message to Captain Halaey yeiterday: "On behalf of my Government and the people of New Zealand I extend a cordial weclome to these Islands to yourself, your officers and crew. I can asßure you that all classes are eagerly looking forward to seeing the ship which bears the name of the Dominion." —Liverpool., Governor.
'Captain Halsey replied: "Ail on board desire to thank you and your Government for your kind message of welcome. We are pleased to be nearing the shores of your Dominion, and proud to be serving on the ship which she has so magnanimiously given to defpnd our Empire. We'are looking forward to meeting our kinsmen." — Halsey, Captain.
