Own Correspondent. A most enjoyable little farewell party was given to Mr H. Bratton last Friday night at Mr Clark's residence. A large number ot friends assembled to wish Mr Bratton success. Ladies present were—Mrs Cooper, wearing black; Mrs McKnight.. black skirt white blouse; Miss McKnight, black skirt craam blouse; Miss May Wiley, green; Miss G, Wiley, black- skirt white blolise: Miss L. Hose, black; Miss L. Fraei black Songs were contributed by Messrs L. Hose, Cooper, A, Hose jur., Bratton, McKnight spn., and L Fraei. Recitatons Were given by Miss G. Wiley, Miss L. Fraei and Mr W. McKnight Singing and dancing was kept up until midnight, when the cr.-i-vd parted amidst the strains •>'. " \uld Lang Syne."
