Thompson's farm, Awakino, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, April 9th and 10th, 1913. PROGRAMME. (Open to All-comers). CLASS I.—Heading (about 440 yds), bring back and yard.—Time allowed, 15 minutes. First prize, £4, second £2, third £l. Points: Heading 5, bring back 5, command 8, style 6, yarding 6- -total 30. CLASS ll.—Driving and Yarding Competitions, with two dogs, about 300 yds. Time allowed 15 minute 3. Firsc prize £6, second £3, third £l. Points: Driving 8, style 8, command 8, yarding 6 —total3o. CLASS lll.—Huntaway between three sets of flags, each flag placed one chain apart on a zigzag courßP, about 400 yds long.—Time allowed 12 minutes. First prize £4, second £2, third £l. Points: Huntaway 8, command 10, style 6, noise 6—total 30. CLASS IV. Huntaway, head, bring back, and hold in ring . —About 440yda. Time allowed 18 minutes. First prize £5, second £2, third £l. Points: Huntaway 5, noise in hunting 5, head 5, bring back 6, holding 4 total 30.

SPECIAL PRIZES. Mr B. Lett's Cup, valued ten guineas, for dog s/coring most points in Classes 111. and IV. To be won twice in succession or three times at intervals by the same owner A gold medal will be presented to winner of Cup each year on hia returning Cup to secretary at termination of year. Cup will not be awarded unless a dog scores a total of 40 points or more in the two classes. Mr W. D. Thompson's special prize, valued three guineas, will be allotted to Class IV., to dog scoring most points whose owner has not won a prize at any previous trials. Confined to competitors residing in Awakino county only. Mr R. Brewer's Medal, valued three guineas, will be allutted to 1., to the dog scoring most points whose owner has not won at previous trials. Mr S. A. Robinson's Silver Cup to the man having the best team of two or more dogs competing at the trial, to be won twice at any time.
