BILL TO BE SUBMITTED

By Telegraph.—Press Association.—CopyricrM Received this day. 11.10 a.m.

Washington, Friday. President Wilson is conferring with senators with reference to the tariff. The Senate Democrats think the'reductions too sweeping, and are likely to require modifications.

President Wilson and the senators were unable to agree, and further conferences are pending. Tho leading senators differ regarding the details for submission in one Bill or a series, but it is believed this will be overcome. The President hopes a measure will be introduced on Monday.
