T HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE J- that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Te Kuiti will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 2Gth day of March, 1913, betweep the hours of 9 a.m. and 7pm., upon the proposal of the Te Kuiti Borough Council to raise a Special Loan of One Thousand Pounds (£1000) under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Lnans Act .1908," and its amendments; for the purpose of making advances to assist those property owners within the Sewerage area to connect their premises with the Sewerage system. THE Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby gives public notice that it pro ! poses to raise a Special Loan of One | thousand pounds—£looo—for the purpose of making sewerage connections from the mains to the boundaries of private properties, and also for to advance small sums to those property owners who are not in a position to pay the cost of making connections to the system, any such sums advanced not to exceed 75 per cent, of the actual cost of the work, and to be ehargeab'e at the rate of 6 per cent, interest per annum; and for the repayment of such Special Loan to make an annually recurring Special Rate not exceeding one-twelfth of a penny in the pound upon the capital value of the whole of the Borough for the purpose of providing the required security and to meet the interest I and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan, which will be for a period not exceeding fifteen years.
