COMPULSORY TRAINING.
ENFORCING THE ACT. Received February 21, 9.40 p.m. Melbourne, Friday. A large number of youths who were evading compulsory military training have been conveyed from the law courts in Bix military waggons to the barracks, whence they go to Queenscliffe forts to make up lost drills.
