Choice ox sold to 26s j 6d, prime 23s 6d to 255; cowhand , heifers 19s to 245, steers ranged in , pries from £6 10s to £l2 7s 6d; cows .., and heifers £3 10s to £9 7s 6d Fat , and young calves again short of re- , quirements, and were " firmer in price, j Choice heavy suckers £3 to £4,ls; c medium suckers £2 to £2 18s, light , 25s to 355, small and fresh dropped 3s , to 21s The mutton pens were well , filled, but many of the consignments . wer3 unfinished, and prices for these , were lower. Really prime sheep sold f at late rates. Prime heavy wstners , - 19s 6d to 21s 3d, medium fo heavy lbs , to 18s 6d, light and unfinished 13s fad , to 15s 6d. best ewes 14s 63 to 16s, , ffood Us 6d to 13s 6d, others <s to 10s , 6d Lambs panned in record numoers, , and on account of the glut at the , freezing company's works, export buyers were very careful, and, in consequence, values declined. 1 rime lambs 13s 6d to 14s 6d, good lis 6d to 13s, others 9s to lis. stores 6s to 8s 6d Pigs came forward in increased numbers.
