Sir, —In a previous letter written to the Chronicle stated that so far as Cr O'Dwyer was concerned certain remarks were final. Circumstances, however, have altered, and I will now undertake to reply to Cr O'Dwyer's letter, which appeared in your issue of February sth, on one condition, and one condition only, viz.: the chairman of the Waitomo County Council must first endorse Cr O'Dwyer's letter o'l the sth, as it now stands.
