SMUGGLING IN CHINESE.
A MELBOURNE CONSPIRACY. By Telegraph..—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, Tusday. John Spargo, a Customs officer, Hoy Ling, a Chinese interpreter, and Hey Poo, a dealer, have been arrested on a charge of conspiring with persons in Hong Kong to procure the admission of Chinese into the Commonwealth. A special officer who recently visited Hong Kong reported that an agency exißted there for the disposal of naturalisation papers.
