THE KUITI RACES. NOTICE TO OWNERS AND TRAINERS. SCRATCHINGS for various races must be in the hands of the secretary not less than half-an-hour previous to advertised time of starting race. Fines will be strictly enforced. SIDE SHOWS, GAMES, ETC. Under no consideration will side shows, games, etc., be allowed on the course. NO PERSON who has at any time since the passing of "The Gaming and Lotteries Act Amendment Act, 1907," followed the occupation of a Bookmaker or Bookmaker's Clerk, no Disqualified or Undesirable Person will be admitted to the Te Kuiti Racecourse during the Summer Meeting, and if any such person is found on such course he will be removed therefrom and prosecuted for trespass.
