SAD DROWNING ACCIDENT.
WOULD BE RESCUER DROWNED
[BY TELEGBAPH.-—I'KESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchurch, This Day. . Mr Mabel Hight, aged 32. while bathing in the Avon yesterday, got into difficulties. Her brother-in-law, John Higbet, to her assistance, but was dragged under, and both were drowned. The bodies have been recovered.
